Residual Funds Received by WISTAF
Herrick & Hart received acknowledgment from WISTAF that over $7,000 was received as a result of residual funds from class action settlements in which the firm was involved. This funding is also known as cy pres funding. These funds are monies that are not distributed to members of a class action for a variety of reasons. The monies are then sent to a worthy cause by order of the court.
